The parking attendant Robert was very helpful. I will park at this garage whenever I am in the area which is once a week for the next 6 months.

Mike and Jean are the best! They make a good team an always greet with a smile even on a noticeable busy day they keep a cool head and manage everyones expectations with great poise. There are other parking lots closer to my job I come here because of the team (Jean/Mike).

Super easy parking experience in Brooklyn. I made a reservation and there were lots of spots to choose from. Pricing was reasonable. I will park here again if I’m ever in the area.

At the SP+ garage at 2 Metrotech Center, I have the pleasure of engaging Robert. He is ALWAYS pleasant, courteous, and professional. You couldn't ask for anyone else you'd want to leave your car with. He provides great customer service and satisfaction. He is why I park here, and an asset to the sp+ company. He leaves you with the feeling that he cares, and that you vehicle with be safe and secure when on duty..

I would like to share that I’ve been parking at this garage for a little over 3 months.. First because it’s very close to my new job.. Second I met the nicest attendants ever.. I see Robert in the morning and Jean in the evening after work.. Two of the nicest.. welcoming… and always polite.. I’m not used to getting a Good Morning.. How are you! Have a great day.. Get home safe! I really appreciate them making my mornings and evenings welcoming and safe.. I’m quite sure I’m not the only one who feels this way about these two guys. Kudos to meeting two of the nicest guys serving the public with a smile and kindness.. Thank you Robert and Jean SINCERELY! Michelle😌

First of all let me say that the manager Robert is a pleasure to deal with. He always greet me with a pleasant good morning and a smile. He is very accommodating and a great asset to this establishment. The new system is unbelievably convenient. The way it reads your license plate makes the process of entering and exiting the garage very smooth. I hope they roll this new system out to all of their locations. All in all, I am very pleased with how things are ran at this facility.

I LOVE this parking garage! You’re parking attendants are lovely, but my favorite person is Robert the Manager!!!!! He is such a gentleman , and ALWAYS so cheerful first thing in the morning. I love our quick conversations, and how happy and helpful He is!!! Robert is an asset to this company .
